Master Rob Ludgate, a 5th Degree Black Belt, believes in training hard and has been dedicated to Martial Arts for over 20 years. In a sport where discipline is paramount, Rob also believes there’s a winner in all of us. He has spent a lifetime learning how to temper his youthful impulses and turn them into actions that are positive and controlled.

Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to train with Master Rob Ludgate, a 2-time World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, at the new “Elite Martial Arts Academy” in Pooler, GA. Certified class are available for children and adults in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Taekidokwon (a hybrid style that mixes elements from several Martial Arts into one).

In addition to Martial Arts training, women are encouraged to take part in “Women’s Self Defense” classes. Instruction is intended to build confidence and provide methods for protection in vulnerable situations. The classes are offered in conjunction with the Guardian Angels of Savannah. “Every woman out there is somebody’s mother, somebody’s sister, somebody’s daughter and they have a right to be safe,“ said Ludgate.
